These Terms govern your use of SQUADRUN, operated by SQUADRUN LLC ("SQUADRUN," "we," "us"). By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. SQUADRUN is intended for people building their own businesses.
SQUADRUN is a co-building accountability platform: founders are matched into small "squads" who run time-boxed "missions" with check-ins, wins/hurdles, group decisions, and chat. During Beta the service is provided "as is," may change, and may have interruptions or bugs. Features and mechanics may evolve.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure. Don't impersonate others or create accounts to evade restrictions.
SQUADRUN is a respectful, founder-first community. You agree not to:
We may remove content, issue penalties, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these rules. (A separate Community Guidelines document may provide more detail.)
You own the content you post (check-ins, wins, hurdles, messages). You grant us a limited license to host and display it to your squad and to operate the service. You're responsible for what you share.
Squad matching, formation windows, roster locks, and mission mechanics are part of the product and may change. We don't guarantee a specific squad, match, outcome, or business result. Accountability is a tool — your results are your own.
SQUADRUN is free during Beta — every feature, every mission, no card required. After Beta, the first mission is intended to remain free, after which paid plans may apply. We will provide notice of pricing before any charges begin, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
You may stop using SQUADRUN at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its members. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will produce any particular business outcome.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUADRUN LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SQUADRUN LLC from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. We'll post the updated version with a new date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by law.
